Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned botanicals, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
